Douro Dummer Township Council Chambers
Council is scheduled to meeting again on Tuesday, December 3rd starting at 5:00 p.m. in the Chambers. Some of the items that are up for consideration include:
- Consideration on requesting that the Province add a provision to the Conservation Authorities Act to allow municipalities act independently from the Authorities
- The commencement of the Request for Proposals for Curbside Waste Collection and Transporting Roll-Off Bins as our current contract is set to end in 2020
- Direction to enter into an agreement with the Province for Trillium funding for Clintonia Park
- Staff are looking for direction on Sewage System Re-Inspection Fees. This is the next step from our recent public meeting about implementing a sewage system reinspection program starting in 2020
As well, there are two items on the agenda concerning Centre Dummer:
- An update on brushing on Centre Dummer Road
- Receipt of an expression of interest to purchase municipally owned land in Centre Dummer
